# ClickHouse

> Let your agent query and analyze data in your ClickHouse Cloud database

ClickHouse is a columnar database built for real-time analytics. Connect it and your agent can run SQL queries, explore schemas, and surface analytical results from your ClickHouse Cloud data.

## What you share

During the connect flow you sign in to your ClickHouse Cloud account. The agent works within the permissions your database user allows. The token is stored securely and never exposed to the model. See [Permissioning](/docs/integrations/permissions).

## Connecting
