# Roam HQ

> Let your agent work in your Roam HQ workspace

Roam HQ is a workspace that combines meetings, chat, calendar, and team knowledge in one place. Connect it and your agent can join the workspace, surface conversation context, and help your team act on what's happening.

## What the agent can do

## What you share

Connecting gives the agent access to your Roam HQ workspace, including messages, meeting content, and calendar data within your permissions. Workspace admins may need to approve the connection. See [Permissions](/docs/integrations/permissions).

## Connecting

    From the agent's connections, choose Roam HQ. The platform connects you through Roam's hosted MCP server.

    A connect card appears. Sign in to your Roam account and approve access. Workspace admins may need to approve first.

    It can now surface meeting context, workspace knowledge, and calendar information from Roam.
