Frequently asked questions

What is Skydive?
Skydive is a platform for building AI agents that do real work. Instead of a chatbot you ask questions or a workflow you wire up yourself, you describe the outcome you need and Skydive builds an agent around it. Each agent has a name, a role, and its own cloud computer, so it can use the same tools your team does and carry work from request to completion.
How is this different from a chatbot or a workflow builder?
A chatbot answers and hands the work back to you. A workflow builder makes you map out every step yourself. Skydive does neither. You describe what you want done, and your agent does it, logging into your tools, taking action, and delivering the result. No code, no prompt engineering, no blank canvas.
What can a Skydive agent actually do?
Real work across your company: launching campaigns, handling support, investigating bugs, pulling reports, keeping your CRM clean, and more. Every agent has its own computer with a real browser, so anything a person can do on a computer, an agent can do too. You can also hire a whole crew, each with its own role, that hand off to each other to finish bigger jobs.
Where do I work with my agents?
Wherever you already do. Your agents show up in Slack, email, iMessage, and the web, with one identity and one memory across every channel. They can also run on their own: set recurring work as a routine, and an agent monitors, takes action, and reports back on schedule, even after you have closed your laptop.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. You build an agent by describing the job in plain language, the same way you would brief a new coworker. You can start from a template for a role like chief of staff, customer support, or SEO, then teach the agent how your company works. It gets sharper over time as it learns your tools, preferences, and processes.
How much does Skydive cost?
Plans start at $20 a month for Starter, which includes unlimited agents, up to 5 users, and pay-as-you-go usage with no markup on AI model costs. Team is $200 a month for more usage and priority support, and Enterprise adds SSO, advanced security, audit logs, and dedicated support. Every plan includes unlimited agents, you only pay for the models and compute your agents actually use.
