Account
Your personal details:- Full name: how you’re shown to teammates.
- Email: the address tied to your account.
- Phone number: the verified number that channel connects key to. See below.
- Role: your role in the workspace.
- Avatar: the image that represents you.
Phone number
The Phone number section shows the number on file and whether it’s Verified, Unverified, or Not set. This is the number every iMessage connect reserves its line for, so keeping it current matters: a stale number (say, one saved during signup that you no longer text from) silently breaks new iMessage connects. Click Add number or Change to update it. Skydive texts a 5-digit code to the new number, and the number is only attached once you enter that code, so a typo can’t replace a working number. On success, any connect flow that depends on it picks up the new number right away.Linked sign-in methods
The accounts you can use to sign in to Skydive: currently Google and Slack. Link one to enable one-click sign-in, and manage which are connected here. New accounts sign up with Google or Slack. If you already sign in with an email and password, that keeps working. This controls how you log in. It is separate from the services you connect for an agent to use.Slack
Connect your Skydive account to a Slack workspace so the platform recognizes you there. Install Skydive to your workspace so your agents are reachable in Slack. Once linked, a DM or @-mention from you in Slack ties the conversation to your account. See Slack for the full guide to using an agent in Slack.Appearance
Pick how Skydive looks from the appearance control in your profile menu: System, Light, or Dark. System follows your device setting and switches with it. Your choice is remembered on this browser. The app re-themes the moment you pick.Reset onboarding
Under Advanced on your account page, Reset onboarding sends you back through the welcome setup to create a new agent, the same first-run flow you saw when you joined. Use it to start fresh or walk a teammate through the setup. Your existing agents and workspace stay as they are.Deleting your account
Delete account is in the Sign-in & account section of your account page. It removes you from every workspace and permanently deletes your personal data. Typedelete my account to confirm. There is no way to undo it.
Before you do:
- A workspace where you’re the only member is deleted along with you. In a workspace with other members, your agents are reassigned and your membership is removed.
- If you’re the sole owner of a workspace that still has other members, make someone else an owner in that workspace’s member settings first, then retry. Skydive tells you which workspaces need a new owner.
- Your access ends immediately. Most of your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
