The Usage & billing page shows what your agents consume against your credit balance. Use it to see where spend goes, catch surprises early, and decide when to top up or upgrade. Admins can also pull up invoice history here.

What “usage” reflects

Paid plans include usage credit equal to the plan fee for the period. Agents draw that credit balance down as they work. Spend comes from:
  • Model usage (at cost): the AI model tokens your agents use as they think and respond. Charged at cost, with no markup on model rates. More capable models and longer tasks use more.
  • Compute and services: sandbox time (browsing, running code, hosting apps) plus metered services such as search and email.
Model tokens are at cost, so choose the model that fits the job. You are not paying a platform premium on every token. Simpler tasks, sensible model choices, and focused agents all stretch your credit further.

Staying ahead of limits

When you approach the end of your included credit, top up or move up a tier on Billing. Buy usage credit, turn on auto-refill when your plan supports it, or upgrade. See Pricing. If you do run out, agents don’t go fully dark. They drop to a free floor: a small amount of activity keeps running under tight limits (a few runs per hour and per day, capped tokens, the smallest compute tier, and a monthly compute ceiling) so an agent can still respond while you restore billing. Full capacity returns as soon as there is balance again.
Use the per-agent breakdown to find a heavy agent. A single misconfigured or overly chatty agent often drives a surprising share of usage. A small tweak to its scope or model reins it in.

Invoice history

Workspace owners and admins can view a record of past charges under Usage & billing. Click See invoices on your plan card to open the Invoices page. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and status (paid, pending, or failed). For Stripe-collected invoices you can download a PDF copy directly from the list. Invoices reflect completed billing periods only. Your current period’s accruing usage shows in the usage chart above, not here.
