Invite teammates into your workspace and everyone can talk to the same agents, each from their own channels, all building on shared knowledge.

Inviting teammates

1

Send an invite

In your workspace’s team settings, invite a teammate by email.
2

They join

They accept, create their account if needed, and land in the shared workspace.
3

They're in

They can immediately reach the workspace’s agents across their own web, Slack, email, and text.
When you don’t have everyone’s email, share a link instead. On the Members page, switch the invite input to the Link tab to reveal your workspace’s shareable invite link. Copy it and send it to whoever you want to add. Anyone who opens the link and signs in joins the workspace with the member role. There is one link per workspace, and only owners and admins can see it. To document access more precisely per person, adjust roles after they join.

Shared agents, shared memory

When your team shares an agent, they share its memory too:
  • One teammate teaches it how your billing works; everyone benefits.
  • It remembers decisions and context regardless of who it learned them from.
  • The agent gets smarter about your team the more the team uses it.
Because memory is shared across everyone with access to an agent, treat it as a team-shared space. It’s the right place for shared working knowledge, not for one person’s private or sensitive details.

Roles & access

Members have roles that determine what they can do, from full administrative control (managing members, billing, and settings) to everyday use of the workspace’s agents. Assign roles to match how much control each teammate should have. Update them as your team changes. Admins can remove a member from the workspace. On the Members list, open a member’s actions, choose Remove member, then confirm. Removal takes their access away but keeps the agents they created. Only admins see this action. You can’t remove yourself. Access also works per agent. An agent’s visibility tier decides who in the workspace can see and message it. Keep one agent private while another is open to everyone. See Permissions & visibility.

Knowing who’s talking

Skydive recognizes which teammate is messaging a shared agent, by their Slack handle, email, or phone number, and ties each conversation to the right person. The agent tailors its responses to who it is talking to while drawing on the team’s shared memory.

Manage multiple workspaces

Belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
