Two ways to connect
Apollo offers both an MCP connection and OAuth. MCP is the preferred path for most workflows.- Apollo MCP (recommended). Direct access to Apollo’s sales intelligence tools through the hosted MCP server. See Connect with MCP.
- Apollo OAuth. The original sign-in integration. See Connect with OAuth.

Add the Apollo connection
From the agent’s connections, choose Apollo. The platform connects you through Apollo’s MCP server.

Sign in to Apollo
A connect card appears. Sign in to your Apollo account and approve access.

The agent gets to work
It can now search, enrich, and work with your Apollo data through the MCP server.
Connect with OAuth
What you share
During the connect flow you authorize what the agent can reach. It works only within what you grant. As with every connection, the underlying token is handled securely and never exposed to the model. See Permissioning.1
Authorize Apollo for the agent
From the agent’s connections, choose Apollo and sign in.

Confirm what the agent can reach. You can change this later.

It works through the secure proxy, within what you granted.
